The prices below represent the rental of The Venue space only. This space can accommodate up to 350 guests. The Garden/The Cottage is a separate rate.

For Brides & Groom-If your dream is to host your ceremony and reception at The Venue Chattanooga, you can rent the entire space for $4,200 (Saturday price) and $3,200 (Friday & Sunday price). This includes The Venue, The Garden and The Cottage!
We have peak season requirements for The Cottage/The Garden, but not for The Venue (our large space). The Venue can always be booked by itself no matter the season.
Amenities Included for The Venue
- Thirty six – 60 inch round tables (seats 8 guests comfortably)
- Six – 6 ft. rectangle tables
- Seven – 8 ft. rectangle tables
- Ten high top tables
- 304 Chiavari chairs
- Prep kitchen with convection oven, warming cabinet, cooler and ice maker
- Set-up of tables & chairs
- Built-in 12’x16′ stage
- 100 paved parking spaces
- All Night events must be over by 11:30 PM & music must stop by 11:00 PM. All items must be out of the facility by 11:30 PM.
- Rental is from 8:30 AM to 11:30 PM
- If over 260 guests, all 3 spaces must be booked due to parking.
- $400 Refundable Damage Deposit
- $200 Cleaning Fee – Applies to evening and weekend rentals. $125 for day rentals.
- $250 “Flip” Fee – Applicable to weddings where the ceremony and reception are held in 1 space. This fee doesn’t apply if all 3 spaces are rented by the same client.
- $700 Fee- Applicable if rent Venue only (Friday-Sunday) and have more than 260 guests. Valet will be needed.
