All rates include tables, chairs, setup and breakdown. There are no additional fees. The rental time is 9:30 AM to 11:30 PM. To book a date, half of the rental amount is due. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the event date. For corporate events/private parties, please call for pricing.
NEW OFFERING: Make the most of your wedding weekend! For every month except May and October, couples have the option to add an additional day of access for $1,200- perfect for decorating and rehearsal dinners/welcome parties.

We understand some Couples do not want to rent the outdoor space during cold temperatures. During winter season, Couples can rent just The Venue, Groom’s Room and Bridal Suite. The Garden can be added 48 hours prior to the wedding for $800 if the weather cooperates.
