All rates include tables, chairs, setup and breakdown. The rental time is 9:30 AM to 11:30 PM. To book a date, half of the rental amount is due. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the event date.

Winter Season (December 15th-March 14th)
We understand some Couples do not want to rent the outdoor space during cold temperatures. During winter months, Couples can rent just The Venue, Groom’s Room and Bridal Suite. The Garden can be added 24 hours prior to the wedding if the weather cooperates.
