The Venue is our largest space on the property. It offers almost 9,000 sq.ft, including an exceptional balcony area, walk-up bar, and 110 paved parking spaces plus 2 additional gravel lots. For a reception/banquet, the space can accommodate up to 300 guests. A cocktail event can accommodate up to 350 guests.
The Venue allows the freedom to use any caterer and/or licensed & insured bartender. There is no extra charge for outside beverages.

Additional Fees
- $400 Refundable Damage Deposit
- $250 “Flip” Fee – A flip fee is charged if Couple rents The Venue only or The Garden only and wants the ceremony layout to be flipped to the reception layout after the ceremony.
