The Venue is our largest space on our property. It offers almost 9,000 sq.ft, including an exceptional balcony area, stage, walk-up bar, and 125 paved parking spaces. For a reception style event, accommodations can be made up to 350 guests. A cocktail event can accommodate up to 500 guests.
The Venue allows the freedom to use any caterer and/or licensed & insured bartender. There is no extra charge for outside beverages.
The Venue’s charming painted brick exterior features a large walkout deck showcasing views of the surrounding mountains. The interior includes neutral walls with classic lighting, creating a perfect backdrop to allow the customization of any event.

- All Night events must be over by 11:30 PM & music must stop by 11:00 PM. All items must be out of the facility by 11:30 PM.
- Rental is from 8:30 AM to 11:30 PM
- $400 Refundable Damage Deposit
- $200 Cleaning Fee – Applies to evening and weekend rentals. $125 for day rentals.
- $250 “Flip” Fee – Applicable to weddings where the ceremony and reception are held in 1 space. This fee doesn’t apply if all 3 spaces are rented by the same client.
