In December 2023, we purchased an estate with the vision to turn it into an event space. We named it The Emerson. The 10 acres estate is conveinently located 16 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and 4 minutes from Interstate 75. The Emerson offers a modern-chic style with a lush outdoor ceremony site, large covered porch for cocktail hour, expansive indoor space and optional onsite accommodations. The interior accents include two-tiered gold chandeliers and champagne chiavari chairs. The capacity is 100-300 guests for a seated wedding reception or 500 guests for a cocktail style event. The estate also offers onsite housing for up to 20 guests.
