The Venue offers almost 9,000 sq.ft, including an exceptional balcony area, walk-up bar, and paved parking spaces plus 2 additional gravel lots. For a reception with a dance floor and buffet, we can accommodate up to 250 guests. For a reception/banquet with no dance floor, the space can accommodate up to 300 guests. A cocktail event can accommodate up to 350 guests.
Couples have the freedom to use any caterer. There is no extra charge for outside beverages.

Additional Services
$350 “Flip” Fee – A flip fee is charged only during the non-peak season (January/February). In January and February, if renting The Venue only and want the ceremony layout to be flipped to the reception layout after the ceremony. This is only charged during January and February.
INTRODUCING our Decor Package! After 8 years of saying no, we finally said yes! We now have a decor room. Our decor package is for Couples wanting a simple solution to linens and decorations. Cost ranges from $1400 to $2400 depending on guest count. This package includes all linens, tables decorations and signage.
